Impermanence by Tashi Mannox

Alternative Views:

The words ‘mi rtag pa’ or
impermanence is seen in the toppling Tibetan Tsugring script. Tsugring means the“tall and stable style”. Look closely and you will see the chracters are made up of small dancing skeletons, which fade into decay at the base of the letters. The personal seal of the artist is also broken into two. A wonderful reminder that all created things will eventually decay and pass away.

This is the second of the ‘Four Contemplations’:

1. Precious Human Existence
2. Impermanence
3. Karma

4. Samsara

Each print is signed and sealed by Tashi Mannox.
