This special Tibetan spice blend is based on the chapter on diets in the 7th century medical treatise by Dr Yuthok Yonthen Gonpo called "The Four Medical Tantras" (Gyud Shi). It is a blend of spices that helps digestion, cleanses the system and promotes a healthy appetite. It can be sprinkled on salads or added to flavour cooked foods and soups.
