A different concept in meditation support, the Mountain Cushion made from high-density foam tilts the pelvis forward and supports the sacrum to enhance the alignment of the spine in sitting meditation. The cushion is designed to tuck under the base of the spine and support the lower back rather than being sat on in the conventional way. Suitable for more supple meditators, many of whom find it extremely comfortable. It is light in weight and has a washable cotton cover.
