A high quality partially gilded bronze alloy bell and dorje set with a very sought after resonant sound. The design on the bell shows a protective vajra border and above this are Makaras (a crocodile-like creature from Indian mythology) who are holding a chain of jewels with vajras in between them. The Makara design is particularly favoured by practitioners of the Nyingma lineage. The handles and vajra are fire gilded in the traditional manner.
The set comes complete with protective brocade case.
