This is a very fine silver and gold (gilded on copper) bumpa vase. Displays fine craftsmanship and attention to detail.
These vases have been reduced due to slight loss of the silver gilt on the body. There may also be a minor ding on the body which is hardly noticeable and probably happened during transit from Nepal. These vases were orginally £295.00 so there is a huge saving here. They are still stunning pieces.

This small container contains the 25 sacred substances needed to fully consecrate the water inside a Bumpa ritual vase. The substances are ground and blended together, so all you need to do is add a small amount to your Bumpa.
The 25 ingredients comprise of five sets of five substances. There are five medicines, such as the root of sweet-flag and the blue lotus. Five kinds of grain, such as barley, wheat and white sesame. Five valuables, which can be either gold, silver, sapphire, ruby and pearl, or if using metals only, gold, silver, copper, iron and tin. Five perfumes,: camphor, cloves, nutmeg, saffron and sandalwood. Five essences: honey, raw-sugar, salt, butter and chebulic myrobalan.
