A stunning dark oxidised copper statue of Green Tara inlaid with coral and turquoise cabachons. This is a large elegant piece that sits on a double lotus base. Always ready to leap into action, Green Tara is also seen as the Buddha of enlightened activity. Rescuing beings from samsara and protecting against the eight great fears, she is also known as the swift saviouress. This statues has been created by a master statue maker using the lost wax process. Statues of this quality are extremely rare.

A fully gilded copper statue of the Dakini Kurukulla. Belonging to the Lotus family, she is often associated with the special activity of magnetizing. Here she is depicted in a dancing posture and holds a flowery bow and arrow. She is also one of the Twenty-One Taras mentioned in the ancient Tara tantras.

The face is hand painted using paint enriched with gold.We look at hundreds of statues of Green Tara every year and only a handful make it onto our website. This is a superior quality majestic rupa and amongst the best we have seen. In Tibet, Tara is known as "Dölma" (Sgrol-ma), or "She Who Saves." She represents fearless compassion in action.
