An extremely rare wrathful statue, masterfully carved from deer antler. This large antler carving depicts the wrathful manifestation of Chenrezig, the Bodhisattva of compassion. Mahakala or Nyingshuk is particularly associated with the Shangpa Kagyu tradition. His practice was also later adopted by the Gelugpa lineage. Here Mahakala displays one face and six arms, each holding a weapon or ritual item. This is a powerful piece and a special one off item. Not to be confused with cheaper water buffalo bone carvings that are offered elsewhere.

A very beautiful understated rupa with lovely attention to detail. This two armed form is particularly associated with being the personal protector of the Karmapas. He is also recognised as the wrathful manifestation of Chenrezig, the Bodhisattva of Compassion. A powerful understated piece.

A dark oxidised copper statue of the wrathful dakini Simhamukha ( also spelled Singha Mukha or Senge Dongma in Tibetan). "According to Jigme Lingpa (1726-1798), the famous Nyingmapa master and discoverer of hidden treasure texts or Termas, Simhamukha represents a Nirmanakaya manifestation, appearing in time and history, whereas her Sambhogakaya aspect is Vajravarahi and her Dharmakaya aspect is Samantabhadri, the Primordial Wisdom herself."
