A superb ancient pumtek with the sought after double lotus design. When you turn the bead to view the side profile the lotus becomes more apparent. Very few of these beads are seen for sale in the marketplace. Sourced in the 1980s and remaining in private collections until recently. The bead has been worn silky smooth from centuries of close contact to the body.

Origin: Burma, Pyu/Tircul
approx 11 mm
Condition: Very good with minor weathering.
