A lovely dark Saligram stone that opens to reveal a circular and tube shaped fossil with a sheen of golden pyrite. Hindus believe that Saligrams that have a golden colour will bestow wealth to the owner. This type of Himalayan ammonite is only found in the sacred Kali Gandaki river in Nepal. Here they are worshipped as a manifestation of the Hindu God, Vishnu.

You will receive the two pieces shown that join together to form one stone.
