These are very comfortable meditation cushions that are made for us in Nepal. They are densely packed with cotton fibres so that they remain firm. They represent excellent value. Square cushions are more commonly seen in Tibetan monasteries and many meditators actually find them more comfortable than the round zafu.
The cushions are approximately 18 inches square and 5 inches in height
