A rare one of a kind amulet that displays a fine stone carving of the Buddha Akshobhya, also known as Mitrugpa, the “Unshakable” one. It has been framed with 22 kt yellow gold. Buddha Akshobhya is one of the principle Dhayani Buddhas and represents all pervading awareness. The blue lapis stone was selected by a gemologist here in the UK and then sent to Thailand to be carved. It was then framed in 22 kt gold by a sought after goldsmith here in London. The lapis is beautifully flecked with golden pyrite when held in the light. It has a large suspension hole (7mm) to allow for a chain to pass through. This is a one off piece that will not be reproduced.
