Kasur incense is prepared according to the sacred texts of the Longchen Nyingthik tradition. It contains the best of all fruits, cereals, Rinchen Nge Nga (five precious gems), holy water, honey, sweets and milk. Kasur is an extremely important practice for the Nyingma yogi or yogini. It helps purify karmic debts and pacifies obstacle makers. Since this incense contains precious food substances, beings of the lower realms and those wandering in the bardo are also satisfied and drawn to liberation.
Simply sprinkle on charcoal or even an already lit stick of Tibetan incense.
