Why can't I add products to my shopping cart?
Some of our customers may experience not being able to add items to their shopping cart. This is probably because you do not have 'cookies' enabled on your browser.
At the top of your browser (Internet Explorer 7 & 8) please click on the following in order of sequence.
- 'Tools'
- 'Internet Options'
- 'Privacy'
- 'Advanced'
- Make sure the 'Override automatic cookie handling' is highlighted or ticked
- You should allow First-party cookies. This will enable you to browse the site and add products to your cart.

After you have made these changes please refresh your web browser.
You can also email us directly with your order, and we will then send you a paypal invoice. For this to happen you will need to include your paypal email address. Simply let us know what the item is, and include the product code and quantity. Please also let us know where you are located, so we can include the cost of shipping in your invoice. We also welcome your payment over the phone, by bank transfer or cheque.
