Question: I am having difficultly accessing my account or making payment at the checkout. What can I do?
First make sure you are logged into your account if you have one. As an account holder you will not be able to make your payment unless you are logged in. Once logged in you can simply add items to your shopping cart and then go through to the checkout and make your payment.
If you have placed a previous order as a guest (and therefore not created an account), you will not be able to log in and view previous orders. You can create a new account by going to the log in page here.
you still can't log in after trying the above, please email us and we will do our best to solve the issue. It could be that you have conflicting accounts and one way to resolve this would be to try using a different email address.
- If you cannot add products to your cart then please also make sure 'cookies' are enabled in your browser.
You can also email us directly with your order, and we will then send you a PayPal invoice (you do not need a PayPal account to pay a PayPal invoice). If you do have a PayPal account you will need to include your PayPal email address. Simply let us know what the item is, and include the product code and quantity. Please also let us know where you are located, so we can include the correct shipping cost.
We also welcome your payment over the phone, by bank transfer or cheque.
