Why can't I add products to my shopping cart?

First make sure you are visiting and not one of our older domain names ( or might not work in some browsers for example). After you have done this please try again.

If this doesn't solve the problem, you need to make sure 'cookies' are enabled in your browser. To enable cookies please follow the guidelines below.

At the top of your browser (Internet Explorer 7, 8 and 9) please click on the following in order of sequence.

  1. 'Tools'
  2. 'Internet Options'
  3. 'Privacy'
  4. 'Advanced'
  5. Make sure the 'Override automatic cookie handling' or the 'Always allow session Cookies' box is ticked.
  6. You should allow First-party cookies. This will enable you to browse the site and add products to your cart.

After you have made these changes please refresh your web browser

You can also email us directly with your order, and we will then send you a PayPal invoice (you do not need a PayPal account to pay a PayPal invoice). If you do have a PayPal account you will need to include your PayPal email address. Simply let us know what the item is, and include the product code and quantity. Please also let us know where you are located, so we can include the correct shipping cost. We also welcome your payment over the phone, by bank transfer or cheque.
