A miniature Vajarayana painting that would be known in Mongolia as a " burhany zurag". This piece represents Guru Rinpoche or Padmasambhava. Pieces such as this were typically worn in a gau as a protective amulet or kept inside a small traveling shrine.

Condition: Very Good with minor weathering.
Age: Mid 19th Century to Early 20th Century
