A fat barrel shaped ancient dZi bead with strong weathering and cloudy surface, possibly due to extended burial or overheating at the time of creation. This ia a dZi bead that would usually display three eyes or dots. Only one eye remains visible on this bead. It still remains robust and free from breaks, cracks or repairs. The deep end wear from rubbing against other beads suggests this dZi has been worn and cherished for many centuries. This bead was collected in India in the 1970s and has remained in a private collection until recently.
