A super collection of predominantly diamond shaped chalcedony, agate, rock crystal and carnelian beads. The diamond and rhomboid shape was in high demand in Western Asia and was also traded to parts of Africa. This is a substantial necklace comprised of some really lovely looking beads. They have been cherry picked for quality and have been closely matched as pairs. Each bead is flanked by old bronze faceted spacers from Nepal.
